Approach to therapy:

I take a collaborative and supportive approach to therapy to help clients navigate what life throws their way. My goal as a clinician is to create a safe space for my clients to process their emotions and create meaningful changes in their lives. I use trauma-informed care, strengths-based approaches, and person-in-environment therapy techniques to do this.

Approach to wellness:

I believe that wellness is the key to balancing the demands that come up in everyday life. My personal approach to wellness is connecting with friends and family, reading, journaling, baking, and taking walks. I try to incorporate intentional periods of wellness in my life every day.
