Approach to Therapy:

As a social worker, I take a strengths-based, client-centered approach to therapy, rooted in collaboration and empathy. I believe in meeting students where they are, working together to build upon their goals, and empowering them throughout that process. I am dedicated to creating a welcoming space where students feel comfortable being their authentic selves, exploring who they are, and working on what is important for them. Everyone has their own reasons for coming to therapy, and I am looking forward to getting to know students and supporting them along the way.

Approach to Wellness:

I enjoy spending time outside, especially going on walks, paddleboarding, and looking out for creatures/critters. Being with my friends, catching up on tv/movies, and listening to music/audiobooks are all things that bring me joy!
