Approach to Therapy:

In therapy with clients, I am guided by an integrated approach using a humanistic, multicultural lens to meet clients where they are and collaborate on the exploration and use of therapeutic interventions. I introduce approaches, such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic/relational interventions to help the client identify and incorporate areas of value and strength, while introducing the client to skills that foster understanding, self-compassion, and resilience.

Approach to Wellness:

When it comes to wellness, I am an advocate for balance and holistic self-care, but I understand that this self-care comes with access to resources for wellness. My passion is to fight against systemic barriers and promote preventative and accessible education and intervention to address the psychological, emotional, physical, and spiritual areas that impact one’s wellness.
