Outside of professional work, I enjoy traveling, spending time with loved ones, yoga, painting, and creating new recipes!
Approach to therapy:
My approach to therapy is integrative, collaborative, trauma-informed, and culturally responsive. I aim to provide a warm, respectful, and nonjudgmental environment in which clients feel comfortable expressing themselves and exploring their experiences. I take on a humanistic-existential and multicultural perspective.
Approach to wellness:
I believe wellness does not require perfection. It involves recognizing one’s needs, developing sustainable habits, maintaining supportive relationships, and allowing space for rest, enjoyment, and connection.
