About me:
I believe that every client is the expert of their own experience, and I am dedicated to helping you find the therapeutic style and tools that best suit your interests and needs. I take a collaborative approach to the therapeutic process, which is grounded in the feminist therapy tradition. I also have a background in DBT Skills training, which some clients find helpful, and others aren’t so jazzed about. My ultimate goal is to facilitate a working relationship in which you can choose your own adventure in terms of the kind of work we do, the topics we focus on, and the pace that feels comfortable to you. I enjoy using humor and creative expression in the therapy room as well.
Personal Interests:
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my partner and our cats, finding whimsy in everyday activities, and tackling various creative projects.
