My goal is to create a space where clients feel supported and empowered to make meaningful changes, while developing the tools and confidence to continue living in alignment with their values beyond the therapy space.

Approach to therapy:

My approach to therapy is collaborative, culturally responsive, and personalized to each client’s goals and needs. Understanding the ways identity, culture, values, and larger systems shape my clients’ experiences and well-being is incredibly important to me. I am passionate about providing holistic and humanistic care that considers the many aspects of a person’s identity, experiences, relationships, and environment.
