Approach to Therapy & Wellness:
I am a values-based therapist who works to build lasting relationships and set collaborative goals with clients. I utilize humanistic and integrative approaches to equip my clients with the education and confidence to thrive on their own. I like to take a systems approach when assessing client needs, and I strongly believe in holistic therapeutic care to incorporate mindfulness and grounding practices into therapy. Simply put, my intention is to provide a safe and fun space for clients to explore their values and identity, and I am to walk alongside clients as they build confidence through self-understanding and change.
