Approach to therapy:
My approach to therapy is collaborative, strengths-based, and rooted in creating a brave, supportive, and inclusive space where students feel seen, understood, and empowered. I believe that you are the expert on your own life, and I view therapy as a partnership where we can work together to better understand your experiences, identify your strengths and motivations, and create meaningful, attainable goals that cultivate the life you want to live.
Approach to wellness:
I believe that wellness looks different to each individual person, but is a necessary part of holistic health and finding the time to care for yourself. For me, I love to recharge by taking long walks with friends, making playlists, talking to my loved ones, cooking elaborate meals, scrapbooking, doing skincare, or simply watching my comfort movies/tv shows!
