Approach to therapy:
Therapy can often be an exploration of life and of 'self,’ and I am honored each time I am invited into a collaborative partnership. My approach within these partnerships is to help others illuminate new pathways and frameworks that will allow them to understand, navigate, and manage their personal challenges. Creating a safe and supportive environment is an important foundation for my work, as well as a strengths-based approach, a person-in-environment perspective, and the nurturing of shared curiosity as we explore.
Approach to wellness:
I believe that balance is the foundation of wellness, and it’s important to stay in tune with the ‘costs’ and ‘rewards’ attached to the ways that we spend our valuable time. Being with loved ones, movement, fresh air, and making time to pursue passions are all critical to my own personal wellness.
