Approach to Therapy:
I work with clients using a person-centered, strength-based approach through a feminist lens, honoring the belief that each person is the expert of their own life. My role is to walk alongside clients as they explore their stories, discover strengths, and nurture self-growth. By creating a safe, compassionate, and nonjudgmental space, we work together to find meaningful ways through life’s challenges.
Approach to Wellness:
In my free time, I enjoy hiking, gaming, and collecting national park passport stamps—a tradition I’ve kept for the past three years. For me, national parks are a place to refresh the mind and body, and to feel deeply connected with the beauty of nature.
