Post Graduate Fellowship

Dear Prospective Applicant:

We appreciate your interest in our Post-Graduate Fellowship (Post-Doctoral, Post-MSW, or Post-LPC Fellowship). We are currently accepting applications (to begin August 3rd, 2026) for our Post-Doctoral and Post-LPC open Fellowship positions. Please see the "Application Process" link below for more details. 

Applications are due on January 22nd, 2026, and can be sent via email to Ed Huebner, LMSW, at CAPS-PostersTraining-Applications@med.umich.edu. Applications should consist of a cover letter, CV, and a list of three references, with one of those being a current clinical supervisor. We also require a copy of a candidate's official transcripts before the start date.

The diverse staff members at Counseling and Psychological Services (CAPS) are enthusiastic about being mentors and providing training to our Post LPC, Post MSW, and Post-Doctoral Psychology (clinical and counseling psychology) Fellows! Our varied training opportunities and "open-door" policy provide a warm and supportive atmosphere for this exciting year of further professional growth.
