Approach to Therapy:

I see therapy as a collaborative space where we work together to better understand a client’s story, challenges, and the strengths they already carry. My approach blends practical, evidence-based tools with space for deeper reflection, helping clients make sense of their experiences and build new ways forward. I value authenticity and trust in the therapy room, and I strive to create a space where clients feel seen, supported, and able to explore who they are without judgment. I meet clients where they are, drawing from different approaches to fit their needs, whether that’s learning coping strategies, processing difficult experiences, or exploring identity and meaning.

Approach to Wellness:

I view wellness as a balance between mind, body, and identity, where caring for each part of ourselves allows us to show up fully in life. My approach to wellness focuses on building sustainable habits, honoring cultural and personal values, and creating space for both rest and growth. I believe wellness is not about perfection, but about finding practices that ground you, restore you, and keep you connected to what matters most. Wellness, to me, is a holistic process of tending to your mental, emotional, physical, and spiritual health in ways that feel authentic and supportive.
