About Me:

My theoretical orientation integrates humanistic, multicultural, feminist, and emotion-focused approaches. I view each client’s lived experience within their sociocultural and systemic context, with attention to how power, privilege, and oppression shape well-being.

Approach to Therapy & Wellness:

In therapy, I aim to create a space where clients feel truly seen, heard, and supported. I often bring in creative approaches, like music or expressive arts, when they feel meaningful for a client, while also grounding my work in evidence-based practices that foster relief and growth. Guided by a humanistic, feminist, and multicultural lens, I work alongside clients to build balance, resilience, and self-compassion as they navigate life’s challenges. I view therapy not only as a space for healing, but also as an opportunity for identity exploration, affirmation, and growth.
