Approach to Therapy:

I strive to create a compassionate and inclusive space where clients can explore their experiences without judgment. My approach is rooted in trauma-informed care, integrating modalities such as CBT, DBT, ACT, self-compassion, and somatic interventions to support healing and resilience. My focus is on building a collaborative relationship that honors clients' strengths, identities, and lived experiences.

Approach to Wellness:

I enjoy engaging in activities that help me relax and recharge. Staying active is important to me, so I often go on long walks. I also enjoy creative pursuits like writing, which allow me to express myself and unwind. Spending quality time with family and friends is another priority, as it helps me maintain a healthy work-life balance and keeps me grounded.
